We should have visible reviews

On our top banner we have "10,000+ POSITIVE REVIEWS". When you click on this link, it basically says "ok you can't see the reviews, but trust us there's a lot and they're good." I don't buy anything online unless there are reviews from other people. We should either have visible reviews or remove that part from our banner.

This is currently being explored. There are programs that can migrate business reviews in from Google, facebook, etc. Unfortunately, Surplus has only recently gotten their own Google places page so there are no reviews there. Surplus also doesn't have their own facebook page for reviews. We are referring to eBay reviews, but can't really use eBay reviews on the website.
We have a meeting with BigCommerce next week to further inquire into programs that can help aggregate reviews.
