Mobile Layout (All search layouts?)

The search layout is not able to be modified (results per page, for example). It looks especially cramped on mobile. On mobile, it should default to one item displayed per row instead of 3.

Can we just make an app? We could get instant notifications when items in a wish list go on sale. We'll absolutely need dark mode though if we get a full app.
